The hotel has a decent size and functional rooms complete with a couch as a third bed, the double bed and bath. It has magnificent and unbeatable location in Tokyo close to restaurants and shopping malls, friendly and other major metro lines at 3190 yen per person. Thank you very much for the stay - would like to go back there again.

Location, location, location. Metro station next door but you can easy walk to Shinjuku station, main streets in about 10 minutes. Breakfast is not necessary, supermarket is on the corner and on the opposite there is a coffee shop/corner which is nice.
We had een semi-double room with a 120 cm. 'double' bed. Lucky that I am not that big or tall, otherwise you cannot fit with 2 people in the bed.

Clean hotel in a neat building close to next door Italian restaurant, metro and train station and shopping centre. Marvellous breakfast with Japanese dishes and Japanese options, as example, incredible location: )

The location is excellent, just a short walk to the train station and many restaurants. The staff were friendly and accommodating, we could store our luggage during our travels. The room was quite small and cramped for our family, challenging to move around comfortably.

The room is small but comfortable. The hotel staff gave us a 50% off discount for the hotel restaurant and the food was awesome. It was the best value we had at a restaurant in Japan.
It is a 10-15 min walk to the Shinjuku station, so not so practical if you are carrying a lot of luggage.

The room was clean, hotel location was perfect, quiet area at 10 min from crowded Shinjuku, good value for money
Room was small but that is the case for most of the hotels in Japan
